Alan Weybourne is a retired Metropolitan Police Dog Handler with 20 years experience handling both police dogs and his own pets. His experience with dogs allows him to take control of a portrait session, knowing when to take pictures and when to give the dog a rest. You have to be able to read the dog's body language. The dog's attention span is usually limited, so Alan makes the sessions short, giving the dog time to get used to the session, before more photographs are taken. |
